If you email or fax us confirmation of your enquiry, we will hold those dates for you for 7 days until we receive your booking form and deposit (or full payment if the booking is within 8 weeks of arrival).
The booking form can be mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed to us. Payment can be by credit or debit card, cheque (for USA checks, send payment direct to our US bank – we email you a form to accompany the check in the mail), direct bill payment to our account (USA or UK) or PayPal. (We have 2 PayPal accounts – one for GBP£ payments to “janhillier@aol.com” or for US$ payments to “jchillier@hotmail.com”.
Once your form and deposit/payment have been received, we will email a confirmation invoice.
Directions and contact details for our management company will be sent prior to your departure after all final payments have been received.
