Additional Charges:

For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning charge of £50/$88 will be levied.

For Pool Heating, £80/$140 per week - £12/$20 per day (Recommended from October/November to March/April)

Additional Cleaning – If you want to have a full clean mid-way through your stay, £50/$88. (Cleaning equipment is provided for you to use also).

Telephone Calls - Telephone Service is provided by Sprint. Local Calls to area code “407”, calls to our management company & us in the UK are free of charge. Other call charges made during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit. A copy of the bill will be enclosed.

Welcome Pack – If you require a basic shopping welcome pack, the cost is $15.00 + the cost of your shopping.

Security Deposit – A £150/$260 security deposit will be required at time of final payment (8 weeks before departure). This will be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure upon satisfactory inspection of the villa by our management company, less any phone charges. Any costs incurred for breakages, extraordinary cleaning or damage caused during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.
